Pool and Spa Inspection

Does the Kalamazoo area home you’re purchasing have a pool or spa? Then you’re about to get a free basic inspection from us. Yes, you read that correctly – we don’t charge extra for pool and spa inspections when you purchase a regular home inspection. Many other inspectors don’t provide this service for free, but we do. Considering many Kalamazoo homes have a pool and spa, you’ll save a good amount of money by choosing us.

Our basic Pool and Spa inspection looks for tub, pump and filter.

Select our “Complete Pool and Spa” inspection and we check in addition your pool, pool deck, pool cage and pool equipment (e.g. proper grounding and if CGFI circuits exist where required). Water quality is not tested. Our “Complete Pool and Spa” inspection is available at a discounted rate if you purchase a home inspection from us at the same time.
